E-Verify: United States Employment Opportunities Only

E-Verify is an internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration. E-Verify allows employers to confirm an individual's employment eligibility to work in the United States. As an employer utilizing E-Verify, Valspar is required to notify all job applicants and new employees that we are using E-Verify to validate their authorization to work in the United States. Valspar will provide information from a new employee's Form I-9 to the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration in connection with its processing of all new hires using the E-Verify system to confirm work authorization.
